YouthCare’s 38th Annual Luncheon

For the third consecutive year, our team partnered with YouthCare for their Annual Luncheon. At the 38th Annual Luncheon, celebrating 50 years of YouthCare, over 800 guests had the opportunity to hear firsthand accounts from those directly impacted by YouthCare’s services, all while rallying support and funds for YouthCare’s mission. Prior to the Luncheon, attendees engaged in a Coffee Chat with YouthCare partners, staff, and leadership to gain deeper insights into the organization’s mission and connect with the team. GFS Events provided project management support, oversaw venue and vendor logistics, designed their collateral, and executed seamless day-of coordination. Together, both teams ensured a memorable experience for guests through pre-event communications, effective signage, and well-organized name tags and table captain packets.
