YouthCare’s 36th Annual Luncheon

After two years of virtual events, YouthCare, like many nonprofits, wanted a little outside event planning support for their in person 2022 Luncheon. GFS Events stepped in and supported the solid, but very new YouthCare team, with project management expertise including venue and vendor logistics, collateral design, and day-of management. The luncheon aligned with YouthCare’s mission and provided a simple bag lunch, inspiring youth speakers, and impactful videos.The GFS Events team also oversaw the script creation, table captain communications, and  On the day of the event, both teams worked together to make sure guests had a great experience by sending out pre-event communications, implementing clear signage, and organizing name tags and table captain packets.
