The Jewish Day School of Metropolitan Seattle hired GFS Events to coordinate all aspects of their livestream virtual event and online auction. GFS was in charge of vendor management, event logistics, and online auction organization for JDS’s Virtual Game Day event. This engaging livestream had an engaging MC and Auctioneer, several creative videos showcasing the JDS community, and even live appearances from the JDS Jaguar on stage! With a countdown clock, an interactive thermometer that showed our fundraising progress and auction items featured on the large screen, the GFS Events team was able to make the at-home audience feel engaged and ready to show support for their beloved school. The JDS mascot fell off the stage during the live auction but recovered quickly and made it back on stage for his big entrance!
