GFS Events managed the 7th Annual Taste of the Valley Benefit Auction benefitting the Snoqualmie Valley Preservation Alliance. The event took place in an open field on a working farm in Carnation. We had to bring in electricity, water, lighting and all rental equipment to turn the field into a gorgeous venue for the evening. The event included a silent and live auction and tastes from the Pacific Northwest’s best restaurants. GFS managed all procurement, coordinated venue set-up, check-in and check-out procedures, and coordinated restaurant sponsorships and permitting with the Health Department. We created an event timeline and coordinated all aspects of the auction to ensure a smooth evening and increased donations and dollars for the event. The event included a live auction, three silent auctions, a dessert dash, raffle and raise the paddle program.
