GFS Events and Seattle Peace Chorus partnered together for the fifth year in the row for their 2023 Give for Peace Fundraiser. GFS Events was in charge of implementing an event timeline with key tasks and action items, managed vendor communications, and assisted in the event layout and format. GFS was in charge of the venue management and vendor coordination. Our team also coordinated with the emcee and auctioneer and assisted with scripting. On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the cocktail hour, managed set-up, tear-down, and catering and oversaw check-in and out.
