Our team at GFS Events partnered with Seattle 2030 District for their 2023 Vision Awards event. This event celebrates those in our community making a difference in Seattle to create a more sustainable environment. Our team worked alongside the organization to create an impactful evening. GFS Events acted as the project manager for the event, overseeing the high-level deliverable during the event planning process. Our team assisted with outreach and management of table captains, sponsorship support, and auction management. On the evening of the event, GFS oversaw registration, trained volunteers, and managed check-in and checkout. GFS also coordinated with the auctioneer and assisted with scripting.
Seattle 2030’s Vision Awards 2023
The event was held at the Seattle Convention Center’s new Summit building. Seattle 2030 chose this space because it achieved a LEED Gold certification. A LEED credential denotes proficiency in today's sustainable design, construction and operations standards which is one of Seattle 2030’s core mission and values.
