GFS Events partnered with Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates to produce their 2023 Luncheon, which raised funds to support reproductive healthcare access and rights. This was their first in-person event since 2019 and featured speeches from prominent figures. With meticulous attention to detail, GFS Events curated an engaging program and organized a VIP pre-function experience. GFS managed the timeline, communicated with vendors and venue, organized the hotel block for speakers, and managed logistics. GFS Events ensured a seamless luncheon that generated vital funds and raised awareness for reproductive rights and healthcare access.
