We love the opportunity to partner with organizations like Rainier Athletes, who want to flip a typical auction on its head! This eventful evening was packed with activity, entertainment, and passionate community members going above and beyond Rainier Athlete’s fundraising goals. The night featured a wide variety of games such as corn hole and a wine toss to a modified “Half Time Show” that featured a performance and a fireside chat with the organization’s leadership. GFS Events managed the overall event planning process. From table captain management and sponsorship support to auction management and overseeing registration, we partnered with Rainier Athletes every step of the way. Our team also helped transform a local gym into an elevated space that felt fun and fresh. GFS was in charge of the venue management and vendor coordination. Our team also coordinated with the emcee and auctioneer and assisted with scripting. On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the cocktail hour, managed set-up, tear-down, and catering, and oversaw check-in and out.

We had so many surprises packed into the evening. From Seattle Seahawks player KJ Wright making an appearance at the event to the Blue Thunder band playing alongside a Rainier Athletes student during our Half Time Show.
