GFS Events partnered with PROVAIL for the second year to produce their Inclusion Matters: Gala & Auction. The evening brought their diverse community together for a fun and inspiring night to celebrate and support access and inclusion for people with disabilities. The event featured a cocktail hour with a silent auction, raffle, mission tables and games followed by dinner and live auction, dessert dash, and raise the paddle. Throughout the planning process, GFS Events implemented an event timeline, managed vendor communications, and oversaw the creation and use of the auction and registration platform. Additionally, GFS Events developed the Run of Show and Script for the evening. On the day of the event, the GFS team supervised event setup as well as check-in and check-out procedures and served as the overall stage manager.
PROVAIL successfully raised over $339,000, making it their most successful auction and gala to date.
