The GFS Events team was hired by the NW Children’s Foundation to organize and manage their 2023 Elevate Gala and Auction. The event encompassed a wide range of activities, including a silent auction, live auction, raffle, wine wall, wine tastings, raise the paddle, and a bid-o-gram.
GFS Events took charge of overseeing the event’s schedule, communicating with vendors, and providing valuable assistance in designing the event layout and format. Our dedicated team also collaborated closely with the emcee and auctioneer, lending a hand with scripting and ensuring seamless coordination on the day of the event. Additionally, GFS worked alongside Fremont Studios to supply assets for their remarkable video wall and expertly coordinated the production aspects of the event.
Thanks to the incredible support and generosity of attendees, the entire event managed to raise an astounding sum of over $850,000, contributing significantly to the NW Children’s Foundation’s cause.
