Medic One Lifesavers Gala

For the first time in two years the Medic One Foundation came back in-person for their annual Lifesaver’s Gala & Auction. This complex 400 person event included an evening of fine dining, exciting auctions, raffles, dessert dash and a raise the paddle to raise money for our region’s firefighters and paramedics who respond every day to catastrophic disasters and medical emergencies. GFS Events oversaw event logistics, vendor and entertainment communications, and advised on the event theme and decor. On the day of the event, the team executed the set up and tear down of the venue, as well as ran registration and checkout.
