For the second year, GFS Events was contracted to consult on the annual Life Enrichment Options’ (LEO) annual luncheon. GFS assisted with table captain recruitment and organization, sponsorship solicitation, table seating, presentation design, program design and day-of assignments. We provided logistical support for set-up and tear-down. We managed all vendors, including audio-visual, venue logistics, printing and catering.

We carried the theme of the LEO houses into our entire event which included centerpieces that were little houses and cookies for the guests in the shape of a house.
