The Kirkland Arts Center Gala held on Friday, June 2, 2023 was an extraordinary evening that brought together art enthusiasts and members of the community for a night of creativity and support. The gala featured a silent and live auction with art pieces showcasing the creativity and ambition of the KAC community, a dessert dash, and remarks by members of the KAC board and artists.
GFS Events supported KAC by overseeing the event timeline, spearheading vendor communications, and providing logistical guidance. GFS Events managed the timeline, oversaw check-in and check-out and acted as stage manager during the event. In addition, we provided a volunteer coordinator who oversaw all volunteers for the night of the event. Our collaboration with the Kirkland Art Center team, all vendors and the Meydenbauer Center helped to provide a seamless experience for guests.
