Hospice of the Northwest Foundation Auction & Gala

GFS Events partnered with Hospice of the Northwest Foundation for a second year in a row to transform a 30,000 square foot airplane hangar into a trip down the rabbit hole for their Alice in Wonderland themed Auction and Gala. The GFS team worked to manage and oversee the execution of the silent & live auction, raffles, restaurant frenzy, and dessert dash. We scheduled and coordinated themed entertainers such as a Mad Hatter stilt walker, Cheshire contortionist, Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum roller skaters, and other fantastical characters. Our team also collaborated closely with the emcee and auctioneer, lending a hand with scripting and ensuring seamless coordination on the day of the event.
