GFS Events partnered with Hepatitis Education Project (HEP) to produce their 30th Anniversary Gala, to celebrate their thirty years of fighting for viral hepatitis elimination. The evening brought their community together for the first time in five years and included a cocktail hour featuring mission-based tables and raffle followed by dinner and inspiring program, dessert dash and raise the paddle. GFS Events managed the event timeline, vendor communications, and assisted in the event layout, format, and décor. We also oversaw the registration and donation platform and provided day of event program coordination.
HEP successfully raised over $90,000 to provide vital support to programs helping address the public health burden created by viral hepatitis.
