Friends of the Children – Seattle, An Evening with Friends

GFS Events partnered with Friends of the Children-Seattle for their innovative Evening with Friends fundraiser. Pivoting from their traditional annual gala, this was the first year that Friends of the Children embraced a more community-centric approach to their event. Hosted at the Renton Pavilion, the event featured an array of mission-driven activities where guests had the opportunity to collaboratively craft a compelling art piece, assemble their own healthy charcuterie boards, and collectively building intricate LEGO creations, all of which were thoughtfully intertwined with the organization’s core mission of serving their youth. The GFS team helped develop each mission activity, coordinated with all vendors, developed the program and scripting, and collaborated closely with the emcee and auctioneer to ensure a smooth and successful event.
