Free Clinic’s Virtual Ball & Week of Celebration 2020

The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington and the GFS Events team worked hand in hand to transform the Clinic’s annual Holiday Ball into a virtual Week of Celebration. GFS oversaw timeline management, donor outreach coordination, and sponsorship follow-up to ensure a fun and successful fundraising event. The GFS team was also in charge of creating and implementing an email and social media template to engage donors and promote the virtual celebration. Together, the Free Clinic and GFS Events were able to surpass the $155,000 goal and raise over $202,000 for the uninsured individuals in our community.
