Free Clinic of SW Washington’s Holiday Ball

For the fourth year in a row, GFS Events partnered with the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington to bring their community together for their annual Holiday Ball at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver. This festive event is the Clinic’s largest fundraiser of the year, raising important funding to provide free, quality healthcare programs and services to their community. The GFS Events team managed the event timeline, oversaw communications with vendors, and led the creation and use of the registration platform. GFS Events also designed the event graphics, created the Run of Show script and communicated with Table Captains. On the evening of the event, the GFS team managed and led the show run-through, set up the decor and oversaw check-in and check-out for the event.
