For the second consecutive year, GFS Events proudly partnered with the Epilepsy Foundation to host their annual Light the Flame event at the Westin Bellevue. This inspiring gathering serves as the Foundation’s premier fundraiser, igniting hope and support for individuals impacted by epilepsy across the region. As the event management team behind the scenes, GFS Events took charge of orchestrating every aspect of the event. From crafting the event timeline to coordinating with vendors and overseeing the registration platform, our team ensured a seamless and unforgettable experience for all attendees. Additionally, the GFS Events team worked to create a comprehensive Run of Show script, oversee decor needs, and manage the check-in and check-out process for guests, to provide a smooth and successful evening of fundraising.
