Council on American-Islamic Relation’s Gala Fundraiser 2018

GFS Events was contracted to consult and manage the annual Gala fundraiser for the Counsel on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).  For this 550 person event, we tracked table captains and managed the overall registration process. We provided logistical support around the venue for set-up and tear-down.  We managed all vendors, including security, child-care services, audio-visual, photography and catering and banquet services. GFS coordinated the entire check-in and registration process to ensure a smooth guest experience. The event raised over $250,000.
