When Community Homes was ready to reinvent their annual auction & gala they reached out to GFS Events for a little spark and a new way of doing things. GFS Events encouraged Community Homes creativity while keeping the event committee on track with the overall event logistics. Together we created a new vision for the space, utilizing Meydenbauer’s outdoor patio, provided a family style meal, and implemented changes to the auction. The day of the event was smooth sailing for the Community Homes teams because GFS managed registration, AV, auctioneer details, volunteers, and tracking all contributions. Community Homes Executive Director, Development Director and entire staff for the first time in the history of the event, were able to fully participate with their donors and enjoy a well-organized event without having to be worried about and managing the details.
Community Homes’ Auction & Gala
Marci Muhlestein had only been the Executive Director of Community Homes for four months before jumping into planning their Annual Auction & Gala.
