GFS Events partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound for their 58th Annual BIG Gala, An Evening in Emerald. This event brings together a community of family, matches, and staff to celebrate life-long impact. Together, our team worked to transform the Hyatt Regency Seattle into a glittering green wonderland. The GFS team worked to manage and oversee all vendor coordination, working with over six vendors for decor and production. Our team also collaborated closely with the emcee and auctioneer, lending a hand with scripting and ensuring seamless coordination on the day of the event. GFS was also in charge of ensuring that check-in and check-out went smoothly to ensure guest satisfaction.
