GFS Events partnered with Bellevue Christian School for the 3rd year in a row to assist them with their annual fundraising auction, held as a livestream virtual event and online auction this year. GFS oversaw vendor management, event logistics, and online auction organization for BCS’s Together in Spirit event. Virtual attendees were offered the option to purchase catered Gala party boxes and wine to enjoy as they viewed the livestream event at home. The livestream event kept the audience engaged with a dynamic auctioneer and BCS Assistant Principal as emcee, drawings, student choral performances, an active event chat box and live auction and Raise the Paddle components.
