ArtsWest’s 2022 Gala & Auction

For the third year in a row,  ArtsWest and the GFS Events team came together to put on a spooktacular Halloween-themed gala and auction! The patrons of ArtsWest sipped on a special themed cocktail called The Swamp Thing as they took part in a silent auction, live auction, dessert dash, and golden raffle. The GFS team assisted ArtsWest in organizing their procurement efforts, lead regular check-in calls, implemented a robust event timeline, and oversaw all vendor logistics. In addition, the GFS team also managed all aspects of the registration website as well as check-in and check-out the evening of the event. This thrilling night was a fun-filled evening that allowed the staff of ArtsWest to enjoy themselves and focus on their guess while the GFS team handled all of the logistical components.
