ArtsWest Gala & Auction 2023

For the fourth consecutive year, ArtsWest and the GFS Events team came together to put on a fantastic gala and auction! The patrons of ArtsWest were wowed by the theme: Prince Prosperos Most Extravagant Affair, and had the opportunity to indulge in all seven of the deadly sins, with each sin connected to a different activity during the cocktail hour. ArtsWest engaged their guests with original performances from their talented actors that intertwined the theme with their mission. The GFS team assisted ArtsWest in organizing their procurement efforts, coordinated vendor logistics, and developed a robust timeline and program. In addition, the GFS team also managed all aspects of the registration website as well as check-in and check-out the evening of the event.
