2023 Village Theatre Auction and Gala

Village Theatre and GFS Events partnered together to create a showstopping event. The 2023 Gala was a beautiful evening at the Fairmont Olympic that featured a four-course meal and multiple jaw-dropping performances from various Village Theatre actors. This “Something Wonderful” themed event featured a mobile bidding silent auction, a Golden Ticket Raffle, an engaging Live Auction, and an inspirational Raise the Paddle. GFS Events was in charge of implementing an event timeline with key tasks and action items, managed vendor communications, and assisted in the event layout and format. GFS was in charge of the venue management and vendor coordination. Our team also coordinated with the emcee and auctioneer and assisted with scripting. On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the cocktail hour, managed set-up, tear-down, and catering and oversaw check-in and out.
