GFS Events was contracted to manage and produce the first annual Seattle Donut Fest. GFS coordinated all aspects of the event including logistics, vendor management, attendee registration, sponsorship and volunteer coordination, set-up, tear-down and program. The GFS team coordinated with the venue and vendors to ensure that the festival ran smoothly and on time. The Inaugural Seattle Donut Fest brought together donut, coffee and craft vendors from around the PNW and attracted over 1,000 attendees. At the festival there were donut themed games, an interactive photo booth, a donut eating contest, and hundreds of donut loving guests!
