Villa Academy’s Neon Garden Gala 2022

Villa Academy hired the GFS Events team for their Neon Garden Gala and Auction. This annual event brought together parents, staff, and teachers for an in-person fundraiser to raise money for the school. GFS Events was in charge of implementing an event timeline with key tasks and action items. The GFS Events team also worked with Villa Academy to plan decor, event layout and format, set up an online auction, registration, and the donation platform. GFS was in charge of the venue management and vendor coordination. Our team also coordinated with the emcee and auctioneer and assisted with scripting. The GFS Events team, alongside Villa Academy, ensured that everything from the cocktail hour to the after-party went smoothly for all guests in attendance. Including a face painter, DJ, and photo booth! On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the cocktail hour, managed set-up, tear-down, catering and oversaw check-in and out.
