YouthCare's Annual Luncheon

GFS Events proudly partnered with YouthCare for their Annual Luncheon, providing comprehensive project management expertise. Our services included venue and vendor logistics, collateral design, and day-of management. The luncheon, aligned with YouthCare’s mission, featured a simple bag lunch, inspiring youth speakers, and impactful videos.

Our team oversaw script creation and managed table captain communications, ensuring smooth coordination leading up to the event. On the day of the luncheon, we collaborated closely with YouthCare to ensure a seamless guest experience. This included sending out pre-event communications, implementing clear signage, and organizing name tags and table captain packets. The event was a heartfelt celebration of YouthCare's mission and impact.
