YouthCare’s 37th Annual Luncheon

For the second year in a row, our team had the opportunity to partner with YouthCare for their Annual Luncheon. At the 37th Annual Luncheon, over 750 attendees were able to hear first-hand from those that have been directly impacted by YouthCare’s services while raising awareness and funding for the organization. Before the Luncheon began, guests had the opportunity to join a Coffee Chat with YouthCare leadership to better understand the mission of YouthCare and to get to know their team. GFS Events worked with YouthCare to provide project management expertise including venue and vendor logistics, collateral design, and day-of management. On the day of the event, both teams worked together to make sure guests had a great experience by sending out pre-event communications, implementing clear signage, and organizing name tags and table captain packets.
