GFS Events was contracted with Youth Wise Mentoring to assist them with their second virtual Gala. The GFS team managed all aspects of Youth Wise’s virtual gala. The GFS team led regular check-in calls, developed email and social media content, designed all event graphics, and assisted with setting up YouthWise’s fundraising website which also allowed for personal fundraising pages. The GFS team was also in charge of all vendor coordination. Our team worked with the videographer to create compelling impact videos and helped with scripting. In addition, our team brainstormed and organized Youthwise Mentoring’s custom Gala boxes that were hand-delivered by mentors and their mentees.
