The YMCA of Greater Seattle hired the GFS Events team for the second year in a row to oversee and execute their hybrid A.K. Guy Award Event. The GFS Events team managed both the in-person event at the Seattle Art Museum and the virtual component. The GFS team planned the menu, oversaw the event logistics, managed registration, and made sure the night of the event ran smoothly. For the virtual component, our team worked to find a livestream vendor, provided scripting template, and ensured that the program was running smoothly the night of the event. The GFS Events team also provided technical support the night of the event assisting guests to understand and manage the virtual platform. GFS Events oversaw the timeline and ensured that the night of the event was a success with over 200 attendees joining together to celebrate the amazing community.
