GFS Events was contracted to manage Washington Autism Alliance and Advocacy’s Night Out for a Cause fundraiser and gala. We provided support around all aspects of the event including, budget management, venue logistics, registration, auction procurement and event design. The GFS team also created the script and collateral including the multi-media slides, auction displays, the program and the sponsor and collateral boards for the event. On the day of the event, GFS Events managed set-up, registration and tear-down. GFS Events planned a first-ever mission-based silent auction which helped raise more awareness and interest for the organization’s mission.

Our team managed to convince a local QFC store to loan us a five foot Eiffel Tower which then served as the centerpiece of our photobooth!
