The Tahoma Blue and Gold Booster Club hired GFS Events to consult on their annual auction. GFS helped with some fresh fundraising ideas that brought in additional money as well as coordinated the check-in and check-out process for their silent and live auction.

“I contacted Gazala about doing the auction night coordination services for the Tahoma HS Cheer Auction. At the time, we were all very inexperienced with putting on an auction and had had a number of setbacks. We were running out of time to make it all work. Gazala stepped in and showed us how to do all the set-up for handling the bidder’s sheets and credit cards, had suggestions for organizing silent auction tables. She coordinated the check-in/check-out process for the auction, did troubleshooting when our swiper failed, and kept us all organized.
