GFS Events was contracted by Stroum Jewish Community Center to assist with their annual fundraising event. This year, the event was hosted online and the program was fully pre-recorded. We managed the timeline, communicated with virtual ambassadors, assisted with email and social media marketing, tracked registrations and donations, and organized and led meetings with the event committee. GFS was also responsible for creating the design for all elements of the event from the website to the postcard.

Attendees received special access to join their SNL event which took place right after our virtual program concluded.
I worked with an organization that typically brought in a fundraising assistant each year and instead, we decided to hire GFS events and I absolutely believe it was the best choice. Not only did they provide a skilled auction coordinator to help us plan and execute our second virtual event, as importantly, Gazala and her team provided valuable expertise in guiding us with options and decisions to consider throughout the process.
