GFS Events was contracted to manage and produce a mini-music festival called The Party with the South Puget Sound Community College and South Puget Sound Community College Foundation in celebration of their 60th and 40th anniversaries, respectively. This event was also to showcase the brand-new Tumwater Craft Brewing District that features Percival Creek Brewing, a college ran program. This donor appreciation event was a unique gathering of donors, sponsors, and supporters featuring Sammy Rae & The Friends and Ahamefule J. Oluo. GFS coordinated all aspects of the event including all rentals, event logistics, vendor management, food truck management, attendee registration, volunteer coordination, licensing, set-up, tear-down, and organizing of the run of show and program. The GFS team coordinated with the venue and vendors to ensure that the music festival ran smoothly and on time. At The Party, there were tours of the Brewery, an alumni booth, an interactive photo booth, delicious food trucks, a raffle, and hundreds of supporters!
