This event was the GFS Teams’ first year assisting the South Puget Sound Community College Foundation with their annual Clipper Scramble Golf Tournament. We managed their fundraising timeline, assisted with platform management, and led regular check-in calls. The GFS Events team also managed vendors and coordinated directly with the Golf Course to ensure that the tournament ran smoothly and on time. On the day of the event, we managed morning golf registration and then shifted gears to manage the awards ceremony which included a cocktail hour, speakers from the college success foundation, a raffle, and mini raise the paddle. This was the highest fundraising golf tournament in the Foundation’s 25 year history!
