Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation’s Week of Giving 2021

April 2021

GFS Events managed return client, Snoqualmie Valley School Foundation’s annual Small Hands to Big Plans fundraising luncheon as a five-day Virtual Week of Giving. The SVSF community joined together virtually with daily video messages from students, staff, and administrators. During the week when the in-person luncheon is usually held, SVSF shared a special livestream event recognizing their Educator of the Year awardees and highlighted the Mount Si High School Choir. GFS oversaw timeline management, sponsor acquisition and activation and Virtual Ambassadors to ensure a fun and successful fundraising event. The GFS team was also in charge of creating and implementing an email and social media template to engage donors and promote the virtual event. SVSF raised over $92,000 to continue encouraging excellence and assuring opportunities for every student, in every school in the Snoqualmie Valley School District.

Fun Fact
Two Mount Si High School digital media students managed all post-video production for the Week of Giving videos.
Working with GFS now for multiple events over the course of many school years has been a pleasure. With the change in fundraising efforts due to the pandemic, GFS had completely helped change the way we asked for support from our community members and it felt like a seamless transition to online fundraising. I would especially thank Gazala and Kaitha for their continued support, effort and professionalism throughout our online event this year. It is always a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend GFS.
