GFS Events partnered with return client, Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation, to produce their Small Hands to Big Plans 2022 fundraiser. We changed the format of the event this year from a seated luncheon to a breakfast. The event was held at the district high school’s new Performing Arts Center. A standing breakfast was served during connection and networking time followed by the program in the auditorium. This annual event brought together parents, staff, and administrators as they highlighted their district initiatives and classroom grants and presented their Educator of the Year awards. GFS oversaw timeline management, sponsor acquisition and activation, management of Foundation Ambassadors and their guests, managed all vendors, and all day of event logistics.
