Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center hired GFS Events to create and manage all aspects of their Happy Days on the Horizon hybrid fundraiser. The Senior Center and the GFS team worked together to construct a multi-day event that safely brought the Shoreline and Lake Forest Park communities together for both in-person and virtual events. GFS handled all logistics for the Zoom Happy Hour and managed the creation and implementation of the fundraising platform. In addition, GFS constructed a comprehensive marketing outreach and communication plan to increase awareness of both the Center and the hybrid fundraiser. The GFS team also produced templates for donor and sponsorship outreach. Our team also was the lead for all graphic creation and design including; the physical invitation, digital invitation, sponsorship packet, fundraising platform graphics, and social media content. This event successfully created a safe environment for new and past supporters to celebrate while raising significant funding for the Center.
