GFS Events was brought on my Seattle 2030 District to help them execute their annual fundraising event. Not only was this a fundraiser but an opportunity to celebrate exemplary leaders in our community. We managed the event timeline, led client meetings, communicated with table captains and sponsors, assisted with building out the event website, tracked registrations, secured vendors like our videographer, photographer, and printer, coordinated procurement activities and packaged silent auction items, and provided volunteer direction.

In March, we had our first in-person fundraising event, the 2022 Vision Awards, after going virtual last year. GFS Events played an essential role in communicating with our supporters and volunteers, organizing the registration of guests, creating a beautiful display of our silent auction items, and orchestrating the night of event tasks. Everyone that attended the event said they had a fun evening. Thank you for your help Sarah, Gazala, and the rest of the GFS Events team for your guidance and support in producing a successful event!

Our non-profit group hired GFS to manage our annual fundraising event and they were fantastic! Professionals all around who were organized and had great ideas to enhance the success of the event. They did a good job of negotiating various elements of the program, and in the end, helped us achieve our goal.
