GFS Events partnered with Rebuilding Together South Sound to create an exceptional virtual fundraiser to help repair homes, revitalize communities, and rebuild lives. We created a Week of Giving fundraiser that incorporated moving videos as well as assisted putting together a dynamic auction. The Week of Giving ended with a Live Celebration that allowed guests to participate and donate to Rebuilding Together South Sound’s mission. GFS Events implemented an event timeline, drafted emails and social media posts, sent emails to Rebuilding Together South Sound’s database, posted content on social media, assisted in scripting video messaging, coordinated gala box sales, scripted the live event, organized and managed Virtual Ambassadors, assisted in running the livestream, and helped with donor outreach initiatives.
