PROVAIL’s 2022 Inclusion Matters Gala

PROVAIL hired GFS Events to help them plan and execute their 2022 Inclusion Matters Gala and 80th Anniversary. This Gala is their largest fundraising event of the year and with the funds raised, they can continue helping those with disabilities fulfill their life choices. The evening included a Silent and Live Auction, a Dessert Dash, and a Raise the Paddle. The GFS team prepared and kept track of the timeline, created materials for Table Captains and communicated with Table Captains, organized auction procurement activities, provided advice on event decor, organized efforts between the caterer, the venue, AV, the emcee and auctioneer, the photographer, and other vendors and coordinated the day-of activities.
