Pasado’s Safe Haven LOVEbash Gala & Auction

GFS Events was hired for the third year in a row to assist the Pasado’s Safe Haven team with their annual LOVEbash event. This year was special as we celebrated the organizations 20th Anniversary. Our team worked alongside the Pasado’s team to manage all of the logistical elements for the event. GFS also implemented an event timeline, assisted with auction management, managed registration, and check-out, and created the Run of Show & Script. This event featured a one-of-a-kind Pasado’s Market during the cocktail hour. The Market was an interactive way for guests to interact with the animals and their caretakers, all while seeing first-hand the organization’s mission. This evening included a live auction, raise the paddle, dessert dash, and adorable animals. Our favorite live auction piece? A nose-painted art piece created by Charlie the Pig!
