GFS Events consulted and managed the Pasado’s Safe Haven’s 2017 Love Bash. This event included a live auction, a mission-based silent auction, dessert dash and raffle. This event included coordinating having animals at the venue. We had to coordinate donkeys, dogs and other animals as they were a large part of the event. We helped coordinate all aspects of the event and managed the entire night of the event production including set-up, live auction, raise the paddle, dessert dash and check-in and check-out. We raised over $300,000 for the event with approximately 200 guests.
