Northwest Behavioral Associates’ Art for Autism Gala

The GFS Events team partnered with the Northwest Behavioral Associate’s Art for Autism Gala for the fourth event in a row. This bi-annual event brings together the staff, parents, and NBA learners to share more about the important programming that NBA providese to children with autims and other behavioral disorders. This was the first time that the NBA community was able to gather under one roof in over four years! The GFS Events team oversaw the logistical elements of the event by creating and managing an event timeline, creating the Run of Show and Script, overseeing the creation and implementation of the registration platform, and working with various vendors. For this event, GFS helped NBA move away from a typical silent auction and introduced a connection hour with mission-based tables where guests were able to see first-hand the exact toys and learning materials that NBA students used. The mission-tables also had opportunities where guests could make a donation to provide new supplies. GFS was also in charge of the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that guests were checked in at a timely and smooth manner.
