Mt. Si Senior Center hired the GFS Events team for the third year in row for their annual fundraising event. This annual event brought together members of the Center, the Snoqualmie Valley community, and staff for their first in-person fundraiser in two years. GFS Events was in charge of implementing an event timeline with key tasks and action items. The GFS Events team also worked with the Mt. Si Senior Center team to plan decor, event layout and format, set up an online auction, registration, and the donation platform. GFS was in charge of the venue management and vendor coordination. Our team also coordinated with the emcee and auctioneer and assisted with scripting. On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the cocktail hour, managed set-up, tear-down, catering and oversaw check-in and out.

The theme for this year's event was "Coming Home" as this was the first time in two years that most people had come back to visit and celebrate at the Center.
