GFS Events was contracted by Mercy Housing Northwest to assist the with their PeaceHealth Groundbreaking Celebration which took place in Vancouver, Washington. This was an outdoor event and light refreshments and boxed lunches were served. We created and managed the Eventbrite registration site, assisted with securing vendors for tenting and audio visual, and provided feedback and design support on material such as the day-of program and the one-pager.
