For the third year in a row, GFS Events was contracted to consult on the annual Life Enrichment Options’ (LEO) annual luncheon. GFS assisted with table captain recruitment and organization, sponsorship solicitation, table seating, presentation design, program design and day-of volunteer assignments. We provided logistical support for set-up and tear-down. We managed all vendors, including audio-visual, venue logistics, volunteers, stage management, printing and catering.
