With 600 attendees in sports-themed jersey attire, lion dancers and various local and international celebrities, Keiro Northwest’s Lunar New Year Gala was a complicated and challenging event to produce in under 4 weeks. We were hired to manage procurement, all auction coordination, check in and check out coordination, the VIP event, and all set-up and tear-down. We worked tirelessly to create a memorable evening and a seamless event for guests and donors.
